The property is located in a small rural village called San Pietro di Rovereto part of the small town of Zoagli, with views of the Mediterranean Sea through green and silver olive tree lined valleys. The perfect base from which to explore the rich history and beautiful coast and surrounding area. In San pietro there's only a small but hi quality grocery shop where you can find almost everything and makes home deliveries. In Zoagli, a 2 minutes drive, there are some restaurant, two banks, a post office and shops. An even bigger offer can be found in Chiavari, a 5 minutes drive.
